This collaboration began in 2020 with the idea of creating a new Japanese traditional beauty by combining the planning and modeling skills of F:NEX, a provider of high-quality hobby products, with the traditional techniques of Yoshinori, a doll store established in 1711.

This time, F:NEX has created a figure of Asuna, the main heroine from the TV anime "SWORD ART ONLINE ARIZATION: War of Underworld.

The furisode (long-sleeved kimono) is made of fabric dyed at a yuzen factory in Kyoto by Nishimura Shoji Shoten, a long-established textile merchant in Kyoto, and the pattern is a classic pattern depicting ancient Japanese plants and scenery.

This time, the red-and-white fabric is decorated with cherry blossom and chrysanthemum flower patterns, which are inspired by the image of Asuna, combining the Asuna style with the traditional beauty of Japan.
The gold coloring scattered throughout the fabric enhances the floral patterns and creates a sense of luxury.

The figure's calm expression and beautiful flaxen hair, as well as the way she turns her sword into a Japanese umbrella and stands still, all expresses an indescribable sense of modesty.

The costume prototype worn by the doll was made by Hosei Tsuda, a second-generation costume doll craftsman, and the harmony between the anime world and the Japanese doll is a highlight of the exhibition.
