Heike Nagareru - Winter Anime "Tale of the Heike" Episode 9 Synopsis & Advance Cuts Revealed! Featuring Aoi Yuki, Yuki Kaji, Inori Minase and more!

The TV anime "Heike Monogatari," currently airing on Fuji Television and other networks, has released a synopsis and advance scene cuts for its ninth episode.

The story features the original character "Biwa" (CV. Yuuki Aoi) as the narrator, Biwa-houshi. The story centers on Biwa's interaction with the Heike family, including Kiyomori Taira's eldest son Shigemori (CV: Takahiro Sakurai) and his younger sister Tokuko (CV: Saori Hayami), and depicts people who lived their lives at the mercy of the times.

The synopsis of episode 9, which will be aired from March 9 (Wed.), has been released.

The synopsis and preceding cutscenes are as follows
Episode 9 "Heike Nagareru
The Heike clan abandons Kyoto and flees to the west. Biwa returns to Kyoto, where the white flag of the Minamoto clan is fluttering in place of the Heike, and sets off for Tango with Shizuka Gozen and others.
Emperor Go-Shirakawa retains the Emperor Go-Toba, and those who once served Shigemori switch sides one by one to the Minamoto clan.
The clan, exhausted from the fall of Fukuhara and the rejection of Dazaifu, is finally driven to the sea.
