The total number of votes was 1056.
Since some works were ranked in the same order, 11 works were ranked in the top 10.

Vivy -Fluorite Eye's Song-" took first place by a landslide, receiving more than three times as many votes as the second place.
This work started out with a bang as an original anime by WIT STUDIO, well-known for its "Shinkage no Kyojin" series, but it turned out to be an epic work depicting the long and lonely battle of a time-released humanoid AI to correct the history of humanity.
The dizzying action scenes that only WIT STUDIO can create, the many dramas that Vivi and her partner Matsumoto experience, and of course, the music by Satoru Kamizaki, including the theme song, insert song, and musical accompaniment, were all highly praised, earning it first place.
After watching the epilogue of the final episode, any viewer who has completed the 100-year journey with Vivi will surely be greatly moved.

Second place went to "Boundary Warrior," a realistic robot animation from SUNRISE BEYOND.
In an era when Japan is divided and ruled by other countries, the main characters, the resistance, stand up to win independence and autonomy for Japan. ...... The setting of the film is very much linked to the times, but this is an entertainment film. The main character, Amou, drives the AMAIM "Kembu," an AMAIM he acquired by chance, and fights his way around Japan.
This work, in which the four major forces governing Japan, the resistance, and the mysterious jet-black AMAIM "Ghost" get mixed up, has the fun and coolness of a royal road real robot anime, as well as the appeal of a modern, complex drama.
What kind of story awaits us in the second part, which will start airing in April 2022? The second place is due in part to the anticipation of the second part.

Third place went to "I'm Standing on a Million Lives: The Second Season. This fantasy work depicts the battles of "players" who challenge to a game that puts their lives on the line.
Speaking of the second season, the power word "Tsinko bing bing" is the most popular word. This work has been talked about as "terrible" in many ways, but of course, the story itself has also attracted a lot of attention.
The story is still in the middle of its development, so it will be interesting to see how it develops in the future.

Fourth place went to "The Detective is Already Dead. The story is still in progress, so the future development of the story is still in the works. The first two episodes were aired in one sitting, which was a great effort, and the action scenes were also very well drawn!
Also, the episode about the death of Siesta, an important character, was tricky to make, as the present and the past intersected in the episodes related to her death and the memories of her. The film attracted attention as a work that could be enjoyed carefully.

While the top four were heavy works, No. 5, "Vampires Die Quickly," was a work that went the exact opposite way.
The slapstick gag between Dralc, a weak vampire who dies quickly, and Ronald, a vampire exterminator, drew a lot of support from both men and women alike. The interaction between Dralc and Ronald, who dies and resurrects more quickly than any other vampire in the history of animation, is like "Tom and Jerry. It can be said that this work could be enjoyed by anyone.

In sixth place was "Zombieland Saga Revenge," which started following the excitement of its first season, which aired in 2018 and became a social phenomenon. While the first season's appeal came from the interesting and unpredictable development of the bizarre setting, in which all the members were zombies as an idol group, the second season was more spectacular in terms of drama. The drama was full of love for Saga, with the characters being explored in depth in relation to the history of Saga Prefecture, and the climax incorporating the flood disaster that hit Saga Prefecture as the setting.
A feature film version is also in the works, and we can look forward to that as well.

At No. 7, "Visual Prison" and "World Witches" tied for the second place with the same number of votes. ranked in at No. 7 with the same number of votes.

Visual Prison" is an original anime by composer Noriyasu Uematsu, in which music bands formed by vampires compete with each other in their performances.
The stylish character designs and sharp sound attracted popularity, mainly among women.
A live event is scheduled for June, and the excitement is expected to continue.

World Witches Hatsushimashite! is a spin-off of "Strike Witches" that comically depicts the daily lives of Unit 501 and Unit 502.
In the main series of "Strike Witches," the battle against Neuroi is depicted with a rather serious touch, but in this work, Neuroi is almost completely absent, and the peaceful daily life that fans wanted to see is depicted. The film depicts the peaceful everyday life that fans have been hoping to see.

Ninth place went to "Sky Invasion," an anime distributed exclusively on Netflix.
This is a survival action anime that takes place in such an unusual situation ...... where the viewer has to walk across the upper floors of a high-rise building and survive against those wearing mysterious masks. With its gripping action and merciless depiction of cruelty, this is a work that could only have been made possible by Netflix.

In tenth place, "Uma Musume Pretty Derby Season 2" and"Too Bad to Call It Love" tied for the same number of votes.

The broadcast of "Uma Musume" coincided with the release of the much-anticipated game version, and the excitement was just as great as in Season 1. This time, the focus was on popular characters such as Tokai Teio and Mejiro McQueen.

The hybrid work, "To Call It Love Is Too Strange," is an outlandish comedy with a heart-warming element, in which the heroine, Isshika Arima, hurls abusive epithets at Ryo Amakusa for his overly straightforward approach. The performance of Yurie Kosakai, who played the lead role for the first time in this film, was also very impressive.

Of course, there are also masterpieces of anime representing the year 2021 in the top 11 and below.
We hope you will take a look at the voting results and reflect on the anime scene in 2021.
