A TV anime adaptation of the Kadokawa Beans Bunko original story "I'm a villainess and I tried to keep a rasbosu (rasbosu)" has been announced.

Written by Masa Nagase and illustrated by Maori Murasaki, "I'm a Villainous Daughter and I Tried to Keep a Last Boss" is a web-based novel series that has sold over 1.1 million copies (including digital downloads) and is originally published by Kadokawa Beans Bunko. Two teaser visuals depicting Irene and Claude, and Claude transformed into a jet-black dragon as the Demon King, have been released to coincide with the full-scale launch of the TV anime!

In addition, there is a teaser PV that begins with a shocking scene in which the main character has his engagement broken off. Irene, who suddenly presses Claude to marry her when they first meet, and Claude, who is embarrassed by his bold girlfriend with a pure expression - the video shows the beginning of the story and their personalities.

The main characters and cast have also been determined. The main character, Irene Lauren Doutrish, is played by Riyo Takahashi, who aims to avoid the doomed route and presses the Demon King for an engagement. Yuichiro Umehara plays Claude Jeanne Elmair, the first prince of Elmair and the Demon King. Cedric Jeanne Hermaia, Irene's former fiance, is played by Toshiki Masuda.
