Niigata Nagaoka Ginger Soy Sauce Ramen "Seirou Ramen Kanda" has been in business since Friday, March 11. It is located near the Honmachi Tollgate of the Metropolitan Expressway along Showa-dori Avenue. It is located next to the Kosan Shinkin Bank head office in Kanda Higashikonyacho. It is the former site of "Tokyo Meat Bar.

The restaurant offers two types of ramen: "Ginger Soy Sauce Ramen," which uses a nostalgic soup with a hint of ginger, and "Back Fat Shoyu Ramen (*only available on Fridays and Saturdays), " a ramen with a punch of fat.
