Directed by Yasuhiro Irie of "Hagaren" fame! Spring Anime "Healer Girl" to start airing on April 4! Movie of "Thesis of the Cruel Angel" singing is now on view!

The TV anime "Healer Girls" will start airing on TOKYO MX and BS11 on April 4, 2022 (Monday), and a collaboration singing video with May J. has been released.

This work is a new original TV animation casted by the chorus unit "Healer Girls". Directed by Yasuhiro Irie (Fullmetal Alchemist FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST) and produced by Studio 3Hz, it tells the story of three apprentice healers who perform medical procedures by singing.

The "Healer Girls" have collaborated with May J., an artist who is well known for her overwhelming singing ability and powerful yet delicate voice. They collaborated to sing the well-known ani-song "Gutai na Tenshi no Thesis" and "Hanamizuki," a song loved by people of all ages.

A live special program featuring the cast will be broadcast on April 4 (Mon.) from 10:00 p.m., so don't miss it.

With a background in Japan, Iran, Turkey, Russia, Spain, and England, May J. has studied dance, piano, and opera from infancy, and also writes lyrics, composes music, and plays the piano. Her overwhelming vocal ability, powerful yet clear and delicate voice, and positive message resonate with people of all ages.
In 2006, she made her major label debut with the mini-album "ALL MY GIRLS. She sang the Japanese theme song (end song) for the 2014 Disney film "Anna and the Snow Queen," which was a record-breaking hit and became a social phenomenon. In January 2015, she held her first solo concert at Nippon Budokan.
