Spike Chunsoft has set the release date of "Made in Abyss: The Rengou Shikkaku wo Motomete Ren Hoshi" for PS4/Switch/PC (Steam) for fall 2022. A new video was released.

The second season of the TV anime "Made in Abyss," which will air this summer, is a dark fantasy that has attracted attention for the gap between its heartwarming design and extreme content. This work, "Made in Abyss: Yami wo Motomeru Rensei" is a 3D action RPG in which players themselves descend into the world of the Abyss and aim for the deeper levels as they continue to grow.

The game offers two modes: a mode to learn the basic system and how to progress while reliving the story of the anime, and an original story supervised by the original author, Akihito Tsukushi. Event scenes featuring many characters from the original story will be fully voiced by the anime cast. The game is a dark fantasy with a taste of the original story.
