Plaza Create is proud to introduce the "Tsukuru-no-desu" series. It is a popular series that allows you to easily create various types of fashionable miniature houses at reasonable prices.

This time I am going to review "Mei Xiang Qiao," a China miniature house series that recreates the world of old China.

The series is produced by Robotime, a world-renowned Chinese manufacturer of educational toys. In Japan, Plaza Create sells the series in Japanese with Japanese instructions and packaging, and the following three products are currently available.

Contents of the kit. The kit includes a Japanese instruction manual, wooden and metal parts as the main materials, linen, colored clay, straws, colored paper, decorative parts, batteries, and all the other necessary materials! In addition, glue, paints, brushes, and tweezers are included, making it perfect for first-time miniature house builders.

The included assembly instructions are easy to understand, with detailed explanations in color. The necessary tools and notes on making the product are also written at the beginning, so read them carefully before making the product!

By the way, the tools you need to prepare yourself (tools not included in the kit) are a ruler, scissors, cutter (design knife), nippers, pliers (used for bending metal wire), pencil, screwdriver, and paper clips. As appropriate, you should work with the tools you are comfortable with.

Furniture and house frameworks are assembled by gluing wooden parts together. Since there are similar parts, check the actual size drawing while working to avoid making mistakes.

Metal parts of furniture and teapots are made by processing small metal parts. To avoid accidentally losing them, keep them in a case and work on them securely.

A chest door handle is being fabricated. Measure the dimensions carefully and make good use of tools to create a beautiful finish.

Some wooden parts need to be painted. When painting with the brush and paints provided, do not apply a thick coat at once, but apply several thin coats to achieve a beautiful finish.

For the tea cakes, make your own by kneading colored clay. Making miniature hoods is great fun!

Some electronics work is required to make the lights glow, so it is easier to work with precision nippers.

The wrapping paper for the tea set and the leaves of the plants are processed by cutting your own paper. It will be interesting to use your own printed patterns, or if you are confident, try hand-painting.

The framework of the house is completed. Furniture will be placed here.

A colorful and cute china house is completed! The aroma of mellow tea seems to be wafting through the air. Thanks to the careful instructions, the work went smoothly, and I was able to continue creating without getting bored because of the variety of materials used.

Let's play with "Tsukuru Nundo × Dole"!

From the "Tsukurundo" series comes "Tsukurundo x Doru," which is perfect for displaying in combination with miniature houses. This time, I would like to play with a zodiac version of "Nancy," a girl with a cute nose lantern.

The contents of the box are random, so you can enjoy the thrill of not knowing what will come out (there are 12 zodiac versions plus one secret version). Furthermore, you can tell what's inside the inner bag by the card that comes with it without opening it, so it's great to be able to trade it with someone in its unopened state!
