Shin Ultraman" to be released on May 13 (Fri.), theme song will be "M87" by Genji Yonezu! Comments have arrived!

It was announced that Genji Yonezu will sing the theme song for the movie "Shin Ultraman," which will be released in theaters on May 13, 2022 (Friday).

The decision to have a theme song for "Shin Ultraman" was made early on in the production process, and after discussions among the production team, Hideaki Anno, who planned and wrote the script, and director Shinji Higuchi, it was decided to ask Genshi Yonezu, who is a leading figure in the music industry today, including all generations, and whose music has an unfathomable power in its worldview, to write the theme song.
