The ramen restaurant "Setouchi Chinese Soba Murakamiya" has been in business since Tuesday, April 5, 2012. The restaurant is located in Awajicho, Kanda, next to "Sushi Kappouri Awajicho.

The restaurant offers two types of ramen: "Kogane Setouchi Soba," characterized by the delicious taste of jidori chicken and Setouchi niboshi (dried Setouchi fish) in a golden broth without additives or chemical additives, and "Setouchi Niboshi Ramen," a double broth made with brand-name chicken soup and Setouchi niboshi (dried Setouchi fish) in a rich, additive-free broth. The restaurant also offers rice dishes such as Imabari's soul food "Yaki Pork Tamago Meshi (with soup)", "Ume Hijiki Meshi" using Imabari hijiki mushrooms and "Jako Meshi" using Setouchi jako (baby sardines) and Matsuyama-age (fried fish cake).
