The second additional downloadable content for "MELTY BLOOD: TYPE LUMINA" will be released free of charge on April 14, 2022, featuring "Fully Armed Ciel" (CV. Kaede Motowatari) and "Mariou Jallo Bestino" (CV. Ayane Sakura).

MELTY BLOOD: TYPE LUMINA" (released on September 30, 2021), based on the original story by Kinoko Nasu and TYPE-MOON, is a fighting game based on the world of the visual novel "Tsukihime. Through battle animations, players can control the battles of "Tsukihime" characters and their unique techniques.

We are pleased to announce the entry of "Fully Armed Ciel" and "Mariou Jalloh Bestino", who appears in the series for the first time. The second additional downloadable content will be distributed free of charge on April 14, along with a character story and a new stage.

The "Fully Armed Ciel" is a new playable character with a different appearance and skills from "Ciel. Her various attacks using the "Seventh Sacred Scripture" will be presented with current battle animations and power-ups. The battle of the "Fully Armed Ciel" equipped with the "Seventh Sacred Scripture" is a must-see, as it takes on the most powerful class of the Dead, the "Twenty-Seven Ancestors".

MARIOU" is a new "Tsukihime" character. It is the first appearance in the "MELTY BLOOD" series, and is finally expressed through battle animation. You can enjoy "that special move" and "that battle" that were also depicted in "Tsukihime" with a variety of motions.

Both characters' stories are newly written to match the new "Tsukihime" worldview! The story of "Fully Armed Ciel" and "Mariou" will deepen your understanding of the relationship between the characters of the "Seido Church" to which Mariou and her friends belong.

Fully Armed Ciel" is a story of a possibility in an important scene in the new "Tsukihime. MARIOU" tells the story of one possibility in a scene where Souya conducts a certain investigation. An executioner of heretical extermination who embodies the truth of the burial institution!
Ciel has disassembled the "Seventh Sacred Scripture," a conceptual arm for heretical extermination, and armed each one as an individual cause of death in order to deal with the 27th ancestor class of the dead.
The "Seventh Sacred Scripture," a millennium-class relic, is constantly being excited.
Although it consumes an enormous amount of magic power, this battle style is only possible because Ciel boasts the same amount of magic power as several hundred ordinary magicians.
As his main firepower, he uses many weapons symbolizing "Blaze," "Bleed," and "Break," and his arm strength is also strengthened by magic as he handles heavy equipment.
Perhaps because he specializes in dealing with heretics as an executioner, he is even more ruthless and merciless than Ciel as a substitute.

MARLIOJARRO BESTINO (CV︓Sakura Ayane)
A young acting priest of the cathedral church, Mariou Jallo Bestino is also known as "The Puppeteer!
He is a beautiful boy with blond hair, white skin, and casual appearance. Although his appearance is not what one would expect, he is still in his early teens, and is in a position of great responsibility.
He hates incompetent or unmotivated people, and often has harsh words for them, but he also has a compassionate and loyal side to him.
He is also known as the "Puppet Master" for his ability to see through people's strengths and qualities, his ability to mix hard and soft persuasion, his leadership skills in placing the right people and controlling the board, and his use of the "keyboard loom (piano machine)" to manipulate the sisters like marionettes in battle.
