The TV anime, which airs on TBS every Thursday night from 1:58 p.m. and on BS11 every Sunday night from 0:00 p.m., has released a synopsis and advance scene cuts for the second episode.

The synopsis and advance scene cuts are as follows.
Episode 2 "Don't Call Me a Traitor"
Saville leaves for her internship with Ross and the brilliant girl Holt, but there are still beings who don't take kindly to witches and are after them. Meanwhile, Kudo, a "beast-corrupter" who is going to the training site separately from Saville and the others, is attacked by the arbitrators of Dare Ignis, a battle group that hunts witches, and falls into a tight spot.
Ross, determined not to put his students in harm's way, heads off alone to rescue them. However, when Saville and Holt hear Kudou's screams, they can't stay and go. ......?
