Ramen restaurant chain "Dotonbori Kanza Yodobashi Akihabara" will open on April 22! Site of the former French bakery cafe "Brioche Dorée Yodobashi AKIBA

The ramen restaurant chain "Dotonbori Kanza Yodobashi Akihabara" is scheduled to open on Friday, April 22. It will be located on the first floor of Yodobashi Camera Multimedia AKiba, on the former site of Brioche Dorée Yodobashi AKIBA, a French bakery cafe that closed in August 2021.

Dotonbori Kamukura is a ramen restaurant chain popular among families for its products centering on Western-style soy sauce ramen designed by a French chef. The restaurant's signature dish, "Oishii Ramen," was created by the founder, who used to be the owner-chef of a French restaurant, and took a year and a half to perfect the soup, which was never made available outside the restaurant, and added plenty of Chinese cabbage and pork belly. The restaurant also provides pure domestic chives as a service topping, which can be added as a condiment according to your preference to change the taste and give it a different flavor.
