Odd Taxi" is an anime that tells a story of a cab driver, Kotogawa, who gets involved in various incidents as he picks up various passengers with their own quirks, a very real mystery despite its cute appearance.

Kabasawa is the first passenger that Kotogawa takes in the cab when the story begins. The story of the film takes a major turn when Kabasawa takes a selfie with Odogawa in order to create a buzz, and the selfie shows a wanted criminal named "Dove" in it.

Kabasawa is an ordinary college student who is eager to "get buzzed" on social networking sites. However, he gets carried away by just one buzz, and his behavior escalates rapidly, involving many people, and even so-called "antagonists" emerge. However, when push comes to shove, they can't help themselves and quickly give up.

KOTOKAWA is an eccentric, quiet, and eccentric man.
