The spring anime "Kingdom" 4th series episode 3 scene cut and Blu-ray BOX jacket revealed!

The third episode of the fourth series of "Kingdom," currently airing on NHK Sogo, has been released with a synopsis, scene cuts, and information on the Blu-ray box set.

Kingdom" (written by Yasuhisa Hara) is a Chinese Warring States epic romance about a boy, Nobu (CV: Seiichi Morita), who aims to become a great general under the heaven, and a young king, Yosei (CV: Jun Fukuyama), who later becomes the first emperor of Japan. The second live-action movie will be released in the summer of 2022.

The synopsis and advance scene cuts of the third episode of the TV anime, which will air on April 23 (Sat.) from 24:00, have been released. In addition, it has been decided that Blu-ray boxes of the fourth series will be released for each of "Seiryu no Hen," "Battle for Yong" and "Rebellion in the Land of Yong" and the jacket photo and details have arrived. The bonus video will include the news program "Kingdom News".

Synopsis and advance cut

Episode 3 "The Defeat Force Departs"
Xianyang is in an uproar when news arrives that the Chengchi army, which was supposed to be heading to suppress the Zhao army, has turned around and started a rebellion in Tunluo. In response, Lu Biwei, considering Chengye's popularity in the northeastern region centering on Tunru, says that a military force should be sent to defeat the rebellion before it spreads.
However, Yejong, who senses a hint of a plot, sends the army of General Wall under his close aide Changwen-kun and a detachment of flying squadrons led by Shin to Tun-ru, with the aim of defeating the rebels and bringing Cheng-ge back alive to the capital to find out the truth.

The Blu-ray box set will be released on August 26, 2022 for "The Seiryeon Incident," on September 23 for "The Battle of Yongkong," and on November 25 for "The Sengoku Rebellion. The jackets for each volume will be newly drawn by character designer Tsune Abe. The bonus video will include "Kingdom News," a news program anchored by freelance announcer Natsumi Uga.

The jacket of the Blu-ray box set, "Seiin no Hen," depicts Shinobu, who is standing up against the battle, with a large spear over his head.

On July 15, 2022, the TV anime "Kingdom" MUSIC ALBUM will be released, which includes the 4th series' music, a selection of music from the past series, character songs, and the theme song! The album will include the accompaniment for the fourth series, newly written by Hiroyuki SAWANO/KOHTA YAMAMOTO.

It will also include a selection of the 1st and 2nd series play accompaniment (by Minako Seki), all the opening and ending themes from the 1st to 3rd series, and the character songs released during the 2nd series broadcast in 2013, in which the main characters including Nobu and Yomei "competed" in song.
