Dotombori Kanza Yodobashi Akihabara branch, a ramen restaurant chain, is open for business today, Friday, April 22. Located on the first floor of Yodobashi Camera Multimedia AKiba, it is the former site of the French bakery cafe "Brioche Dorée Yodobashi AKIBA," which closed in August 2021.

Dotonbori Kamukura is a ramen restaurant chain popular among families for its products centering on Western-style soy sauce ramen designed by a French chef. The restaurant's signature dish, "Oishii Ramen," was created by the founder, who used to be the owner-chef of a French restaurant, and took a year and a half to perfect the soup, which was never made available outside the restaurant, and added plenty of Chinese cabbage and pork belly. The restaurant also offers pure domestic chives as a service topping, and chives can be added as a condiment to change the taste and enjoy a different flavor according to your preference.
