Plans to escape from prison...? Spring anime "Kingdom" 4th series, episode 4 synopsis & advance scene cuts released!

The fourth episode of the fourth series of "Kingdom," currently airing on NHK Sogo, has been released with a synopsis and advance scene cuts.

Kingdom" (written by Yasuhisa Hara) is a Chinese Warring States epic romance about a boy, Nobu (CV: Seiichi Morita), who aims to become a great general under the heaven, and a young king, Yomei (CV: Jun Fukuyama), who later becomes the first emperor of Japan. The second live-action movie will be released in the summer of 2022.

The synopsis and advance scene cuts of the fourth episode of the TV anime, which will air from 24:00 on April 30 (Sat), have now been released.

Episode 4 "Tunru Siege"
The Tunru siege has finally started as the Bishintai and the Wall Army join forces. Because the role of Feixintai this time is to be quick, military strategist Kawaradiao sends Nobu and Qiangqiang, who are superior in strength, together to Chengyeong.
On the other hand, Seiryoujiao, who is imprisoned in a prison by a ruse and who learns from Gaman, the acting lord of the castle, how the rebellion came about, rescues Rui, who is imprisoned in another prison, and plots his escape to stop Gaman's ambition.
Will Chengchi and Rui, who fear for each other's safety, be able to meet again?　And what about the flying squad entrusted with rescuing Seiryoku?

Blu-ray BOX Information
The Blu-ray box set of "The Seiryeon Incident" will be released on August 26, 2022, "The Battle of Yong" on September 23, 2022, and "The Rebellion in the Land of Yong" on November 25, 2022. The jackets for each volume will be newly drawn by character designer Tsune Abe.
The bonus video will include the news program "Kingdom News" anchored by freelance announcer Natsumi Uga.
