■Making Movie is now on view.
<The Snow Comic" is a project to commemorate the conclusion of the "Golden Kamui" serialization by drawing the main characters Ashi (Ri) Pa and Sugimoto in the snow fields of Hokkaido by actually stepping on the snow with "human feet". This was Tomohiro Kajiyama's first attempt to create snow art of giant characters.

After repeated tests and revisions, and an accident caused by heavy snowfall... A making movie of the production process was also released.

The video overlaps the process of snow art being created through trial and error, and the trajectory of Asi(li)pa and Sugimoto from their first encounter to the end. In addition, the spectacular "Mt. Kamui" shown in the opening scene - which was miraculously filmed during the production - and the cute expressions of the Striped Enaga and Ezo-shika deer, as well as other animals depicted in the manga, also appear in the film.
The film also shows the grandeur of the natural beauty of Hokkaido, the setting of "Golden Kamui.
