KANDA RAMEN STAND.", a Jiro-style ramen restaurant with beef white soup, has been in operation since April 22. It is located near the Suda-machi 1-chome intersection, along Ichihachi-dori. It is located on the second floor of the Ichihachi Building, which houses Curry no Toriko on the first floor, on the former site of Piriri Kanda, which relocated to Akihabara and opened in February 2022.

KANDA RAMEN STAND. is a jiro-style ramen restaurant that serves beef white soup. The restaurant's ramen is based on a beef shiranyu soup made from beef bones extracted from Japan, and a soup made from soy sauce and kaeshi, a blend of several kinds of seafood, topped with thick, original Jiro-style noodles and thick roast beef. As is typical of Jiro-style ramen, customers can adjust the amount of garlic (none, less, normal, or more), vegetables (less, normal, or more), abura (less, normal, or more), and seasoning to their own liking when ordering. In addition, fish powder is available on the tabletop to change the flavor.
