Masked Rider OOO" is the twelfth episode of the Heisei Masked Rider series, which aired from September 2010 to August 2011 on the TV Asahi network. The film depicts Eiji Hino's battle to protect people's lives as he becomes Masked Rider OOO, prompted by Greedo Ankh, who has only his right arm, from the Greedos, who use human desires.

<Synopsis>.
The Konoe Foundation has developed a new birth system, the "Birth X Driver," as a countermeasure against the revived Greedos. However, during an experiment to install the driver, its wearer, Shintaro Goto, disappears. The energy supplied to the driver went out of control, and Goto was sent to a parallel world. In that world, Hina Izumi was fighting as Masked Rider OOO ......! In this world, Eiji Hino, Hina Izumi, Akira Date, and others are remarkably different from Goto's original world. Goto is perplexed, but one after another things are happening to him that confuse him even more. Goto wants to return to his original world at any cost, but will Eiji, Greedo, or the mysterious "doctor" help him?　This is the "Phantom Debut" of Masked Rider Birth X, who plays a major role in V-Cinext's "Masked Rider OOO: The 10th Core Medal of Resurrection".
