The hottest spy family ranked by parents and children! The results of the "2022 Spring Anime Lead Female Voice Actor Popularity Poll" are announced!

Akiba Research Institute's official voting project, "Which female voice actress is your favorite voice actress of this season?The results are as follows.

A total of 1816 votes were cast in the "2022 Spring Anime Leading Female Voice Actor Popularity Poll," which was very exciting. The top 10 cast members are as follows.
The 1st to 5th place winners received more than 100 votes, showing the momentum of young and new voice actors in particular.

Taking first place was Hina Kino, who plays the youngest and most innocent Fur in "RPG Real Estate," receiving more than 300 votes, far ahead of the second-place finisher.
Ms. Kino's roles in the past have included the banded dolphin in "Kemono Friends 3" and the deadly hamster in "Salaryman in Africa," and she is notable for her animalistic and younger sister-type roles. The charm of fur, with its tail and pet-like adorableness, is further enhanced by Ms. Kino's voice! For an anime with an original story, this is probably the ideal casting.
We can't wait to see how she will continue to charm us with her performance in the fall anime "A New Alchemist's Shop Management," in which she will be playing the role of Lorea, one of the main characters.

In second place is Tomori Kusunoki, who was also selected third in the "Akiba Research Institute Best Actress Award 2021.
Kusunoki has a strong passion for music and performance, and her role as Setsuna, who is passionate about school idol activities, is a perfect fit for her. The well-known secret (?) Setsuna Scarlet Storm! Her dignified voice is especially impressive on stage, and only Ms. Kusunoki can bring such a lively presence to the role! The second season includes episodes that get to the heart of Setsuna and are a must-see for fans.

The third place finisher in this year's poll, with a lineup of newcomers, was Kuwashima Noriko, a talented voice actress who has been active in the industry since the 90's. She is the only one who can deliver this vivid presence. She is popular for a wide range of roles, from the single-minded and natural character of Yurika in "Mobile Battleship Nadeshiko" to the older sister character of Coral in "Inuyasha.
Among them, Tomoyo Sakagami of "CLANNAD" is probably the hottest among Akiba Research Institute's readers. This year's entry, "Kagi etc. (Season 2)," is an anime featuring a crossover of characters from "CLANNAD" and other Key works. Tomoyo is a beautiful girl who is also a fighter and boasts legendary popularity. Fans' joy at seeing her again in Ms. Kuwashima's cool voice may be reflected in the voting results.

Fourth place went to Maurya Noel, who has previously appeared in "Fairy gone Fairy Gone," "Shave the Beard. And pick up a high school girl." In 2021, Kana Ichinose won the New Actress Award at the 15th Seiyu Awards, which she says was a dream of hers. Her performance of Sayu Ogiwara's line "Uncle, let me stay over," in particular, had a strong impact on the audience.
In this year's entry, "Otomege-world is a world where mobs are strictly forbidden," which is also popular for its "ghetto element," Ichinose plays the role of Olivia, a commoner student with special privileges. As a naive and authentic heroine, she has gained the support of female viewers. Ms. Ichinose is a skillful actress who combines a pure voice with a devilish charm. What kind of roles will she play in the future?

Next in fifth place was new voice actress Yuko Natsuyoshi, who was chosen to play the role of Tsubaki, the main character in "Kunoichi Tsubaki no Mune no Naka no Uchi" (The Heart of Tsubaki). Tsubaki's charm is that she is the leader of the Kunoichi group who educates everyone, but she is unable to suppress her interest in men and panics when she fantasizes about various things. In a sense, Tsubaki is a "munchkin," and Natsuyoshi-san expresses her "inner heart" with deft ease and intonation. She has a sense of stability that one would not expect from a newcomer.
The ED theme "Akanegumi Katsudo Nisshi: Inu-han" (Akanegumi Activity Diary: Inu Group), which is hard to get out of your ears once you've heard it, also showcases her singing ability, so be sure to check it out.

Iori Saeki, who is also popular for her role as King Halo in "Uma Musume Pretty Derby," is in sixth place for her role as Menou, the ruthless executioner in "The Way of the Executioner"; in seventh place and below are the voice actors who are familiar with the Akiba Soken poll. Kaede Motowatari, who plays the main character Eiko in "Parisian Kongmei," came in seventh place.

The most notable was "SPY x FAMILY. Saori Hayami, who plays the role of Yol, and Atsumi Tanezaki, who plays Anya, were ranked 8th and 10th, respectively, making a double ranking for father and son. Yol's shy personality and "assassin" character are a gap between the two, and the elegant and mysterious voice of Ms. Hayami is a perfect match. Ms. Tanesaki's voice is perfect for the character of Anya, who is so honest that it sometimes makes us laugh, and her portrayal of her is adorable. Her performance, which is not overly moe-ish despite her childishness, is as good as can be expected.
We can look forward to the future of the "Kakuhatsuke Kazoku" family, which will make us feel both warm and excited.
