The synopsis and advance scene cuts for episode 7 of the fourth series of "Kingdom," which airs every Saturday on NHK Sogo, have been released.

Kingdom" (written by Yasuhisa Hara) is a Chinese Warring States epic romance about a boy, Nobu (CV: Seiichi Morita), who aims to become a great general under the heaven, and a young king, Yosei (CV: Jun Fukuyama), who later becomes the first emperor of Japan. The second live-action movie will be released in the summer of 2022.

The synopsis and advance scene cuts of the TV anime episode 7, which will air on May 21 (Sat.) at 24:00, have been released.

The synopsis and advance scene cuts are as follows.
Episode 7 "The Call"
At the suggestion of Wang Bin, Qin launches a plan to attack a slight opening in the Wei army's lineup with the three main offensives of the Rukushang army, the Jade Phoenix Corps, and the Feixin Corps under Teng's command. The Feixin Corps, one of the main offensive forces, is advancing toward the Wei army's main camp, and in order to overcome the gap in strength, it first thoroughly attacks the enemy's first line under the command of military strategist Kawarakiten.
Meanwhile, the opposing general of the Wei army, Kai Meng, personally appears at the front line and proposes a single combat with Nobu, the leader of the flying squadron. Nobu challenges Kai Meng, the pride of the Wei nation and one of the "Wei Fire Dragons" who once made his name on the battlefield!
