Ramen restaurant "Chicken Soba Kaguraya Ueno Okachimachi" has been in business since Monday, May 16, 2012. The location is near JR Okachimachi Station. It is located near JR Okachimachi Station on Kasuga-dori Street. Near "Katsuya Okachimachi" (pork cutlet chain). The location is the former site of "Romespa Balboa Okachimachi Ameyoko", a baked spaghetti specialty restaurant.

Chicken Soba Kaguraya is a ramen restaurant that serves chicken soba noodles made from Daisen chicken and Hakata Jidori chicken. The restaurant's "Chicken Soba" includes "Light Chicken Soba" with a light soup that is low in calories, "Mature Chicken Soba" with a thick matured soup that is slowly prepared over time, "Salt Chicken Soba with Ripe Tomatoes" with a combination of aoiyu soup and ripe tomatoes, rich with cream and cheese and slightly aromatic with clam soup stock, and "Seafood Chicken Soba" with a further boiled down matured soup. The "Kozo-ripened Tsukemen" is a seafood-style dipping noodle soup made by further boiling down the Kozo-ripened soup, the "Spicy Kozo-ripened Tsukemen" combines chicken shiranyu soup with a special salt sauce and a blend of three different spicy flavors, and the "Fully ripe tomato salt dipping noodle" combines aoiyu soup with fully ripe tomatoes and a rich flavor of fresh cream and cheese.

The newly opened Ueno-okachimachi branch is the third in Tokyo, following the Suidobashi and Nishi-Shinjuku branches.
