I want to be a powerful person in the shadows! (written by Daisuke Aizawa, illustrated by Tozai Tozai) is a popular series that won first place in the New Literature and Books category of the 2019 "General Election for New Novels". The TV anime is directed by Kazuya Nakanishi ("Re:Zero kara Hajimari Isekai Seikatsu" drawing and action director, etc.) and produced by Nexus. Nexus will be in charge of production.
