The top spot goes to a song by a popular idol group! The results of the "2022 Spring Anime OP Theme Popularity Poll" are in!

Akiba Research Institute held an official poll from May 17 to May 31, 2022, titled "Which song is your favorite? Here are the top 10.

As the spring cool anime broadcasts are coming to a close, readers must have become familiar with the OP themes of the various works. So, let's take a look back at this season's OP theme popularity poll.

Move the soul" (Gunsei no Fanfare)by JO1 continued to hold the top spot throughout the voting period.

As an idol group from the popular audition program "PRODUCE 101 JAPAN" Season 1, the group seems to have gained support not only from anime fans but also from music fans. In second place was "Make Up Life!" byHonoka Inoue, Hina Kino, Natsumi Kawaida, and Mainaka Ishimi, the main cast of "RPG Real Estate.

Third place went to "Overload" from"Boundary Sengoku Part 2.

The song is sung by Yuna Tomikanehara, a high school girl singer who sang the ED "You're my perfect mirror" in the first part.
