YuruCan△" movie trailer and story released! Stage Greeting & Live Viewing will be held on June 19(Sun.)

The trailer and the second Mubiticket information have arrived from the movie "YuruCan△," which will be released on July 1, 2022 (Fri.) on a nationwide roadshow. In addition, a completion announcement screening (stage greeting and live viewing) will be held on June 19 (Sun.).

Set in Yamanashi Prefecture, "Yuru Can△" is a popular work that loosely depicts the outdoor life of high school girls, and was adapted into a TV anime in 2018; a spin-off work, "Heya Can△," was broadcast from January 2020, and "Yuru Can△ SEASON 2" from January 2021. This movie is a completely original story supervised by the original author, Afuro. The film will be directed by Yoshiaki Kyogoku and other staff members who are familiar with the series.

YuruCan△" has depicted high school girls attending Motosu High School going camping, sometimes alone and sometimes together, to enjoy delicious food and beautiful scenery. YuruCan△" is an outdoor girls' story serialized in the manga app "COMIC FUZ" (Houbunsha).
Set in Yamanashi and Shizuoka prefectures, the story depicts high school girls going camping and their daily lives. The realistic camp story, based on the author Afuro's own experiences and interviews, and the relaxed atmosphere depicted in the story have attracted many fans since its serialization began in 2015, and the original comics have sold over 7 million copies. In 2018, the first TV animation series "Yuru Can△" was produced, followed by a spin-off "Heya Can△" in 2020 and "Yuru Can△ SEASON 2" in 2021, leading the outdoor boom that continues to this day.
Four years after its production was announced in 2018, the latest animated film, "YuruCan△," will finally arrive in theaters this summer.
The animation is produced by C-Station, which has worked on the TV series to date, and features the same familiar production team on screen, including Yoshiaki Kyogoku, who also directed "Yuru Can△" and "Yuru Can△ SEASON 2". The screenplay is written by Hitoshi Tanaka, the series writer for "Yuru Can△" and "Yuru Can△ SEASON2", and Mutsumi Ito, the series writer for "Heya Can△", who will work together to weave the story. The character designs are all based on the character drafts created for this film by the original creator, Afro, and Mutsumi Sasaki is in charge of character design, continuing on from the TV series. Thorough interviews were also conducted for the film, creating a detailed and extravagant atmosphere on the screen.
Music was produced by Akiko Tateyama, an indispensable member of the "YuruCan△ Sound" team. The music was recorded on an unprecedented scale to deliver a sound that can only be heard in a theater.
