Masterpiece anime "Captain" distributed on YouTube Aiken channel! Collaboration cafe held in Ikebukuro

In commemoration of the collaboration café, YouTube streaming of the anime "Captain" will begin.

Captain" is a baseball manga written by Akio Chiba and serialized in "Monthly Shonen Jump (Bessatsu Shonen Jump)" from the February 1972 issue to the March 1979 issue. The manga depicts the process of growth of life-size characters through their efforts with their friends, which is different from the passionate baseball manga that utilized unrealistic techniques such as "magic balls" that had been mainstream until then. Captain 2" and "Play Ball 2" (written by Kozy Shirokura, published by Shueisha) are still serialized, and the series boasts deep-rooted popularity.

In commemoration of the "Captain x GraffArt CAFE" (6/11-6/24), the anime will be distributed on Youtube's "Aiken Official Channel".

Distribution of the first two episodes will begin at 18:00 today, June 8 (Wed.). Episodes 1-11 will be the Taniguchi version, episodes 12-19 will be the Marui version, and episodes 20-26 will be the Igarashi version. After the last episode of each series is distributed, all episodes of each series will be available for two weeks.
