A frustratingly cute "unaware flirtatious love comedy" "White Saint and Black Reverend" will be adapted into a TV anime! Animation produced by Animation Studio!

A TV anime adaptation of "White Saint and Black Reverend," a frustratingly cute and unselfconscious love comedy about a saint, Cecilia, and a reverend, Lawrence, set in a fantasy world, has been decided.

The manga is a popular manga by Kazutake Hazano, which started serialization in Kodansha's "Monthly Shonen Magazine R" in 2017 and will be serialized in the manga app "Magazine Pocket" from 2019.

The "unaware love comedy" "White Saint and Black Reverend" will be adapted into a TV anime. In conjunction with the release of this information, an illustration drawn by Kazutake of the original work has been released.

The animation production of the TV anime will be done by "Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun", "Watashi ni Tenshi ga Muketa! and "NEW GAME! Director Sumie Noro said, "I am trying to carefully express such a gentle and warm atmosphere in the anime that makes you want to watch over the characters even though they are frustratingly difficult to watch.
