Theatrical animation "Rakudai Witch," produced by Production I.G and scheduled for theatrical screening in the spring of 2023, releases its first special report!

The first special report from the theatrical animation "RakuDai Witch," which will be screened in the spring of 2023, has been released.

The "Raku-dai Witch" series, published by Poplar Publishing, is a children's book series written by Satoko Narita and illustrated by Enaga Chino, which started in 2006 in the Poplar Pocket Library! Grand Prize winner), and 18 titles have been published to date. The series has sold more than 1.6 million copies in total.

The main character, Fuuka, is an apprentice witch who is always making mistakes. But in fact, she is a princess in the magical land of Silver Castle!　This is a story of the exciting adventures of Fuuka and her friends, who are training at a magic school, and a little bit of first love. The story is widely popular among children and adults alike for its fascinating characters and its magnificent, eye-catching storyline involving the past and future of the magical land.

The theatrical anime "RakuDai Witch," produced by Production I.G, will be screened in the spring of 2023 and is directed by Takayuki Hamana, written by Kiyoko Yoshimura, and character designed by Marumi Sugita.
