Shang Fook Aji Bo, which offers a variety of grueling Chinese dishes from Chinese-style breakfast to a whole roasted lamb banquet, opened on June 23!

Koufuku Ajibo, which offers a variety of grueling Chinese dishes ranging from Chinese-style breakfast to a whole roasted lamb banquet, is scheduled to open on Thursday, June 23. The restaurant will be located along Showa-dori Avenue, near the Showa-dori exit of JR Akihabara Station. It is located on the B1F of the Chiyoda Terrace building, which houses the McDonald's Akihabara Showadori branch and the7-Eleven Akihabara Ekimae branch, both of which opened in April.

Ajibo" has gradually expanded from its original restaurant in Kanda 22 years ago, and now has eight completely different types of restaurants, each with its own chef, and is a popular eatery for "gachi chuka" (* authentic Chinese cuisine not adapted to Japanese tastes).

The features of each restaurant in operation are as follows.

Kanda Ajibo (Kanda): The origin of the Ajibo Group. Home-style cuisine from Northeastern China.
Ajibo Iron Pot Restaurant (Yushima): Local cuisine from Northeastern China served in iron pots embedded in the tables.
Ajibo specializes in lamb. Specialties are lamb skewers and spare ribs.
Lao Shuho (Okachimachi): Reproduction of a popular Beijing tavern, with small dishes and Shaoxing wine. Small dishes and all-you-can-drink Shaoxing wine are popular.
Shang Lali (Sangenjaya): Unusual Hunan cuisine that makes full use of herbs, fermented foods, and smoked foods.
(Yoyogi-Hachiman): Cantonese cuisine and dim sum prepared on the spot by an expert dim sum chef.
Yoshimi Tokyo (Rokucho): A private banquet space attached to Ajibo Kobo. Its specialty is roasted whole lamb.
Koshokoshibo (Gakugei Daigaku): A small 13-seat restaurant that perfectly recreates the "small snacks" found in the back alleys of China.

The new "Shang Fook Aji Bo" in Akihabara will combine the best features of each restaurant, allowing customers to enjoy various styles of Chinese cuisine, from quick meals (Chinese-style breakfast) to large banquets, all in a single restaurant. The restaurant is open 22 hours a day, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. the next morning, offering Chinese-style breakfast in the morning (soybean milk, steamed buns, congee, seasoned eggs, fried bread, etc.), reasonably priced Chinese set meal lunch in the afternoon, dim sum and tea time with a pot of tea and dim sum, and small dishes, Cantonese-style dim sum, sheep dishes, etc. at leisure at night. In the evening, you can enjoy small snacks, Cantonese dim sum, and lamb dishes.

In addition, the restaurant offers "roasted whole lamb," which originally could only be eaten by a group of 20 or more people, but can be ordered for as little as one person. (*Because it takes time to grill, the service ends as soon as the lamb is sold out. Of course, you can also order a whole lamb for a large party. (*Reservations required in advance.)
