Hot Toys Japan announced the release of a new German-born intelligent toy "Playmobil" in September 2022, the "Knight 2000," a dream car equipped with an electronic brain "K.I.T.T." and high-tech features, which appears in "Knight Rider. The price is 15,000 yen (tax included).

Playmobil" is a toy that can be played with by combining a 7.5cm figure with a variety of themed play sets. With its high-quality design, high level of safety, and abundant variations, the toy has gained fans not only among children but also among adults.

The "Playmobil" lineup now includes the "Knight Rider" drama series, which was a big hit in Japan in the 1980s and celebrates the 40th anniversary of its broadcast this year. The Knight 2000 (K.I.T.T.), the sidekick of the main character Michael Knight, will be sold in Japan.
