Comment by Hiromu Akita of amazarashi (original text)
What is the meaning behind the lyrics for the music video for "Casiopia Mooring Station"? How did you interpret "Chi. I thought it was impossible to write a song that would follow the theme song-like storyline of the epic story of "Chi.
I thought I had completely lost. I interpreted the theme as "act according to your beliefs and pass them on," but it also felt like the writer's own beliefs.
The determination and persistence of the creator. I was shown the manuscript of the final volume before it was released, and I could feel these things in the lines that had been worked on. And I realized that these were similar to my own creative struggles. So I decided to write a song about them.
The main characters of "Chi. I assumed that what the main characters of "Chi", Mr. Uoyo and myself have in common is "pain".
I thought we might be able to understand each other at that point. I thought we could understand each other.
amazarashi has overseas fans, and I often feel that we understand each other through "pain" even if we don't understand each other's language. Chi. is a story of history, but I believe that "pain" transcends time.
The lyric, "If almost everything in this world is a trace of the blood of those who have achieved something," came to me because Mr. Uoyutaka said something like that in an interview.
I wrote it with the idea of taking from what Mr. Uoyo had accomplished, creating it with my beliefs, and handing it on to the next person.

amazarashi
A band led by Akita Hiromu, who lives in Aomori Prefecture.
The name "amazarashi" comes from the fact that they compare the sadness and suffering that befalls us in our daily lives to rain, and although we are exposed to rain, we are "still" exposed to rain.
The band's concept is "anti-nihilism," and their poetic world is a harsh one in which hope is found in despair.
