Hey, everyone! A few months after the release of the "R-1," the "Transformable Combined R-2 Powered" has finally been released from the Sentoneri "RIOBOT" series!

The R-2 Powered is one of the SRX team's most impressive models, with its heavy armor and high firepower. The R-2 powered is one of the SRX team's most heavily armored and powerful machines, and it is also a personal trooper that performs a very complex transformation when merging with the SRX!

The product name is also printed in foil on the package this time. The background of the photo is also black for a high quality finish.

On the back you can see the SRX team and the towering SRX.

On the side of the box is the title of "Super Robot Wars OG" and the figure of this product, R-2 Powered.

On the lid and bottom of the box are the parts of the R-2 Powered when combined with the SRX.

Let's start with the R-2 state.

Some of the parts have been removed from the package, so this is the assembled state. The wrists are standard, and small ones for deformation are attached, but even with these, there is not much discomfort.

The coloring of each part is perfect.

Back view. The waist is in the packing state with the connecting parts for the pedestal prop attached.

In the game, the figure is often shown from the front, so many people may wonder what the back of the figure looks like.

The pedestal prop connection parts are attached so that the pedestal can be connected to the shaft hole.

The support pillar is movable in three positions. It is also possible to display the main body in a floating state.

The pedestal prop connection parts can of course be removed.

The upper body is removed by tilting the upper body forward, so you need to remove the front waist part once and then remove the connecting parts.

If you attach "Auxiliary Part A" instead, it will be lightly locked to prevent the front waist part from coming off as the upper body tilts forward.

Insert Auxiliary Part A into the gap as shown here, and put the upper body back in place.

The waist part when viewed from behind is now a little cleaner. The appearance from the front is almost the same, so you can choose according to how you want to display it.

Next, the movable parts, as one would expect from an R-2 that requires complex deformation and strength, are a bit modest.

Instead, many of the joints are made of metal, and some parts are stiff enough to be held firmly in place.

The neck can turn sideways as well as chin upward.

The shoulders can rotate in an axial connection. The shoulders can be raised horizontally to the position shown.

Arms are angular in shape. Elbows are 90° movable.

The axis of rotation of the second arm can be rotated 360°.

The wrists are ball-jointed and movable, including the replaceable ones, so you can add a lot of expressions.

This image shows the small wrists for deformation, but you can easily remove the wrists by detaching them at the red part of the wrist and pushing the base of the wrist from the back side to remove the entire base.

There are three types of replacement wrists: "grip fist," "flat hand," and "weapon handle," each of which can be selected and attached to the base for the replacement wrist before attaching it to the arm.

Here is a shot of the hand with the clenched fist attached. It gives a more powerful impression. The pilot, Ensign Lydys F. Blumstein, looks cool and smart, but the silhouette of the plane is more sturdy, which is also a nice gap.

Next, let's take a look at the movable hip joints.

The hip joints can be extended to the left and right in a fairly large range of motion.

The hip joints are connected by an axis that can be turned up and down, which also contributes to the wide range of motion of the hip joints.

Since there is no kind of armor on the hips, the legs can be opened quite widely in the forward and backward directions.

The knees are extended and then bent. The range of motion of the knees is about this much due to the shape.

The ankles are movable with an axial connection, but they can be moved in a surprisingly large range, so the ground contact is good.
There is no rotational movement.
Considering the gimmick of combining the figure with SRX, it would be nice if the ankles were movable.

Instead of no ankle rotation, a certain amount of roll rotation is possible with the thighs. This allows for a more stable posing.

Although the wired beam chakram does not have a detachable gimmick, the atmosphere is perfect.

If you use the pedestal, it is possible to pose the figure in a floating state, as if it were equipped with the Tesla Drive, which is an enhanced part.

Let's continue by equipping it with the plus parts!

The shoulder armor is extended upward and the shield is connected.

This is the connection part of the Hysol launcher, and there is a "L/R" engraved in the hollow so that you can't mistake the left and right sides! It helps!

The gun barrel part is assembled from the packing state and ready to go as shown on the left.

Attach it to the joint on the back of the R-2. The movable frame part of the Hysol Launcher is very rigid, so it is not likely to wear out so easily.

In addition, we attached the weapon handle with the Magna Beam Rifle in the right hand.

Thanks to the solid body of the R-2, it is very stable even when equipped with such a huge cannon.
The balance of the Hysol launcher is quite large for a three-dimensional model that is designed to transform and combine with other models.

Comparison with the R-1 (pictured right), which was released earlier. When I was looking at it alone, I did not think so because of the volume coming out of the fuselage, but in fact, the height of the top of the head is lower than that of R-1!
