Key's 15th Anniversary "Harmonia" Switch Edition Coming This Fall! All characters are fully voiced!

Harmonia" for Nintendo Switch will be released in the fall of 2022.

Harmonia" is a kinetic novel (visual novel) created to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Visual Arts' "Key" brand. It is a science fiction story set in a distant future devastated by war, in which a boy, who is an emotional doll called "Philoid," and a girl who picks him up become friends.

In addition to the Japanese packaged version, English and Chinese (simplified) downloadable versions are now available on Steam. The touching story that has been well-received around the world will finally be coming to Nintendo Switch this fall.

◆Ray CV: Ryo Nishitani
I don't know about you, but I really like your name. Thank you, Shiona.
A mechanical boy who lacks emotional functionality.

A mechanical boy wakes up in a dilapidated factory-like facility.
His right hand is not covered with artificial skin, probably because it was left in the middle of production, and he always wears gloves to hide his bare mechanical hand.
While wandering the devastated world in search of ningen, he was picked up by a girl named Shiona.
Shiona gave him the name "Rei".

A girl who puts her feelings into a song

A girl who picked up Rei.
She lives in a church in a village that functions as a town in the devastated world.
She is always smiling and gives comfort to those around her. She often expresses people's feelings and emotions in colors and shapes, which takes time to understand at first.
She loves to sing and sings in churches and town squares.

Hey Rei, what kind of book did you come to look for today?
Blue girl in the library

A girl who lives in the library in the town. It is a mysterious place where paper books are kept in spite of the fact that books have been almost completely digitized.
Siona refers to her as "the blue girl. The townspeople know of her existence, but they do not want to get too close to her.
For some reason, she keeps crying.

What are you doing here!　What are you doing here!!!!"
Owner of the general store in town

He is a strong man who runs a general store in the town.
He is good at detailed work, which does not match his strong body. He unearths broken tools at the dump of an abandoned factory, repairs them, and sells them.
He is easily offended by trivial matters.

Features of the Switch version
All characters are now fully voiced!
Previously, only the main characters "Shiona," "Tippy," and "Mud" had voices, but the Nintendo Switch version adds voices for the main character "Rei" (CV: Ryo Nishitani) and mob characters. All characters are fully voiced.

■Touch screen operation support
The game can be played not only in portable mode with the Joy-Con set in the console, but also with the Joy-Con removed, allowing the game to be played with the console alone. Portability has been improved.

■One-handed play is also possible.
In table mode and TV mode, all controls can be performed with the right Joy-Con, making one-handed play possible.
Nintendo Switch Lite is also supported (a separate Joy-Con is required for "one-handed play").

■Functions to make play more comfortable
In addition to the fast-forward and fast-reverse functions, various functions are provided to make play more comfortable!

The Nintendo Switch's auto sleep setting can be disabled in auto mode and other auto progress events.

Fast-forwarding from the point of loading saved data is also possible.

<Story
The story is set in the distant future.
The earth has been severely scarred by a great war.
The atmosphere is gray and polluted, the earth is devoid of life, and the waters have dried up.
The population was greatly reduced from its peak.
Ningen were huddled together to survive the day.

In the midst of these times, a robot called "Philoid," an emotional doll, awoke in a decaying facility.
A crystallization of pre-war human science, it is literally a humanoid robot with emotional functions.
This being was promised to be a new partner for the ningen and to make their lives better.

However, upon awakening, the phylloid soon discovered that it lacked emotional function.
His right hand, which must have been left in the middle of production, was also not covered with artificial skin, leaving the mechanical skeleton bare.
The boy-shaped phylloid instinctively sought out the ningen.
In order to gain the feelings he lacked, he continued to walk through the devastated world.

Then one day, the phylloid was picked up by a girl.
The girl takes him into her arms, thinking he is a ningen, and takes good care of him.
The town is small but warm.
The boy, Philoid, gradually learns to feel emotions in his life with the girl.
