A key visual from "POPTEPIC: The Second Series of TV Animation Works" has been released. In addition, the past special version will be released on YouTube today, July 15 (Fri.).

Based on a work by Bukubu Okawa (distributed by Takeshobo's "Manga Life WIN"), the "shitty anime" "POPTEPIC" aired in 2018 and won the "Yahoo Search Award 2018 Animation Category Award" and the "13th Seiyu Award Synergy Award" among others. The "POPTEPIC" series was a hit for its innovative techniques, such as using the same footage for Part A and Part B with different voice actors and live-action voice actors.

In October 2022, the second season of "POPTEPIC: The Second Series of TV Animation Works" will be broadcast. The key visual of Poppuko and Pipimi standing side by side against the setting sun, reminiscent of a poster for a major motion picture, has been unveiled.

There are two types of key visuals: a vertical one showing the many awards the series has received, and a horizontal one showing new cuts from the second season.

In addition, past episodes aired so far will be premiered on YouTube every Friday from 9:00 p.m. on July 15 (Fri.) for a limited period of one week!

This is a special version of the first TV anime season, a "rebroadcast remix version" with the voice actors from the original broadcast shuffled in, and a "TV special" with four different voice actor combinations, each episode of which can be enjoyed all at once.
