Akiba Yabai" is a subculture festival that will showcase world-class Japanese culture, centering on anime, manga, and games, from Akihabara to the rest of the world. The event will be held from Friday, August 12 to Sunday, August 21, 2022, with the entire town of Akihabara as the venue.

During the event, top runners in various genres such as anime, manga, games, idols, and cosplayers will gather and hold their own projects. The popular idol group AKB48 and the popular manga series "Shin-Geki no Kyojin," which has sold more than 100 million copies worldwide, are among the titles scheduled to participate in the event.

A total of 400 participating "Akibayabai" he tenants, including maid cafes and restaurants, will participate in the "festival" with their own unique plans. (UPROAR!!!)" will collaborate with about 40 stores in Akihabara to hold a hot and spicy food festival, and about 400 target stores in Akihabara will present a limited collaboration sticker for this event to those who spend more than 1,000 yen (including tax), making the entire town the very venue for the event.
