Towards a higher level! Fall Anime "Yamanosume: Next Summit" New PV and <Climb to the Top> Key Visual Revealed!

New key visuals and images have been released from the TV anime "Yamanosume: Next Summit," which will begin airing on October 4, 2022.

Based on the "Yuru-Fu Outdoor Comic" serialized in "Comic Earth Star" (written by Shiro), the story takes place mainly in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture. The first season of the TV anime, which aired in 2013, was a 5-minute episode that gained popularity, followed by a 15-minute x 2-cour second season in 2014, and a third season in 2018.

The current "Yamanosume: Next Summit" will air in a 30-minute slot (12 episodes). The first four episodes are a "look back" at the past, including a newly added short story, and the fifth and later episodes are completely new stories.

Aoi and Hinata started mountain climbing together, gradually climbing to the 197-meter-high Mount Tenran, 599-meter-high Mount Takao, and 1786-meter-high Mount Mitoge.
Tanigawa, a mountain that holds fond memories for the two of them, and as they climbed and toured the famous peaks of the Kanto region, their outdoor life was enriched by the addition of new friends such as Kokona, Kaede, and Honoka.
