To allow fans of yesteryear and those who have not yet played to enjoy this iconic game series of the era, ININ Games and Bliss Brain have collaborated to develop the "Wonder Boy Ultimate Collection" of six game titles: Arcade, SG-1000, Sega Mark III, This Japan-exclusive collection includes 13 versions of six game titles, including ports for the Arcade, SG-1000, Sega Mark III, Master System, Game Gear, Mega Drive, and other platforms.

The Japanese version of the Master System version of "Monster World II" is the first port not included in the collection to date.
