From the "EATMASU" series of Japanese confectionery with character motifs, Japanese sweets featuring Luffy and Shanks will be sold at Seven-Eleven stores nationwide from August 20, 2022 (Saturday) to commemorate the release of the long-awaited movie version of "ONE PIECE FILM RED".The sweets will be sold at Seven-Eleven' s chilled dessert section nationwide from August 20, 2022 (Sat.) . The price is 278 yen each ( tax included).

The "EATEMASU" is a brand of character Japanese confectionery whose name is an abbreviation of "edible mascot," and uses red bean paste, sugar, glutinous rice flour, and other ingredients to express the characteristics of the characters. These new type of wagashi are not only delicious, but also beautifully crafted and so cute that it is a shame to eat them, expressing the character's lovableness.

EATING MASS ONE PIECE FILM RED Luffy/Shanks

To commemorate the release of the long-awaited movie version of "ONE PIECE FILM RED," "EATEMASU ONE PIECE FILM RED Luffy" and "EATEMASU ONE PIECE FILM RED Shanks" will be available from August 20, 2022 (Saturday) at Seven-Eleven convenience stores nationwide. The "ONE PIECE FILM RED Luffy" and "EAT MASS ONE PIECE FILM RED Shanks" will be sold at Seven-Eleven chilled dessert corner nationwide from August 20, 2022.

As the name "edible mascot" implies, "Monkey D. Luffy" and "Shanks" from ONE PIECE are all represented using "nerikiri" Japanese sweets. The taste is "Luffy" and the shape is "Shanks".

Luffy" is custard flavor and "Shanks" is chocolate flavor.
Both are making their first appearance in the "Eating Mass" series.

The red package is a perfect match to the movie, and features details such as the scar under "Luffy's" left eye and "Shanks'" manly expression.
