Three "Space Battleship Yamato" series will be broadcast on BS12 Twelvi, a nationwide free-to-air broadcasting station, for three consecutive weeks on August 21, 28, and September 4, 2022 (Sunday) at 7:00 pm.

BS12 Twelvi is currently airing "Sunday Anime Theater" on Sunday nights from 7:00 p.m. Starting on August 21, 2022, three "Space Battleship Yamato" series will be aired for three consecutive weeks.

On August 21, "Space Battleship Yamato 2199: Voyage of Recollection," on August 28, "Space Battleship Yamato 2199: Ark of the Stars," and on September 4, "The Age of Space Battleship Yamato: Selection in the Year 2202," which will be broadcast for the first time on TV for three consecutive weeks, so be sure to check them out.

The story recalls the great voyage of 168,000 light-years that put the fate of mankind on the line.
The year is 2199. Humanity stands on the edge of despair. A planetary bomb by the mysterious interstellar nation of Gamilas from outer space has wreaked havoc on Earth, and there is only one year left before mankind is annihilated... The last hope left was the Yamato Project, in which the space battleship Yamato, the first human spacecraft capable of interstellar travel, was sent to receive the Cosmoliver System, a system to purify and regenerate the earth contaminated by the Gamilas attack.... This film recounts the 168,000 light-year voyage that put the fate of humankind on the line.

On the way back from Iskandar, a new enemy, Gatlantis, stands in the way of Yamato!
The year is 2199. After an arduous voyage, Yamato receives the <Cosm Reverse System> at its destination, Iscandar, and is about to leave the Large Magellanic Galaxy. Suddenly, however, it encounters a mysterious task force on the outer edge of the Large Magellanic Cloud. They are the Gatlantis, a fighting race that has made a name for itself in the universe for its barbaric valor. The commander of the unit calls himself "Goran Dagarm of the Thunderbolt," the viceroy of the Gutava Expeditionary Force, and demands that the ship be handed over to him. Yamato wants to return to Earth as soon as possible, Gatlantis seeks the treasure planet by force, and Gamilas seeks to defeat Yamato---their respective unyielding thoughts intersect.
