He was 87 years old.

According to the family's wishes, the funeral service was held only with next of kin.


Kiyokawa entered the Haiyuza training school in 1957, and in 1968, he joined the Tokyo Actors' Co-op, where he debuted as a voice actor playing a soldier in "Combat! In 1968, he made his debut as a voice actor, playing a soldier in "Combat! Since then, he has appeared in a wide variety of productions, including dubbing, special effects, and animation.
His representative anime roles include Kozo Fuyutsuki in "Neon Genesis Evangelion," Temu Rei in "Mobile Suit Gundam," Gargoyle in "Nadia of the Mysterious Sea," Walter in "HELLSING," and many others.
