Himuka Shokudo is a restaurant specializing in Miyazaki chicken nanban, which is the real Miyazaki chicken nanban. The restaurant offers the "Authentic Miyazaki Chicken Nanban Set Meal" using the meat of a young Miyazaki chicken breast, the "Standard Chicken Nanban Set Meal" using the thigh meat of a young Miyazaki chicken, and the "Original Nobeoka Chicken Nanban Set Meal" with no tartar sauce, just a special sour sweet vinegar.
