Three new characters and cast members have been announced for the fall 2022 anime "Blue Rock. In addition, tickets for the stage greeting will go on sale today.

Based on a popular soccer manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (original story by Muneyuki Kaneshiro, manga by Yusuke Nomura), which also won the 45th Kodansha Manga Award in the Juvenile Division. The manga depicts high school students fighting for survival in the "Blue Rock" (blue prison) project launched by the Japan Football Union, where "only the world's biggest egoist can become the world's best striker.

The TV anime will start airing on October 8 (Sat.) at 1:30 pm on TV Asahi's nationwide network "NUMAnimation slot". On the same day, it will be distributed on ABEMA Premium, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and other distribution sites.

Koki Uchiyama, Katsuyuki Konishi, and Shinnosuke Tachibana will join the new cast!

Three new characters and cast members have been announced. Koki Uchiyama will play Rin, the current top player of the "Blue Rock" ranking. Katsuyuki Konishi will play the narcissist Antou, who has a unique sense of style, and Shinnosuke Tachibana will play Tokimitsu, who has an extremely negative outlook.

The stage greeting will be held at the "Blue Rock Super Fast Screening Version - "Blue Prison" Dormitory Version," which will start showing at theaters for a limited time from September 23 (Fri., holiday). On September 23 (Fri., holiday), the first day of screening, two stage greetings will be held at Shinjuku Piccadilly.

Kazuki Ura (Seichi Kiyoshi), Tsubasa Kaiwatari (Maki Hachiraku), Souma Saito (Hyoma Chigiri), and Sogo Nakamura (Min Gagamaru) will be on stage to talk about "Blue Rock" after the first screening and before the second screening.
In addition, Ura, Kaiwatari, Tomoki Ono (playing Rensuke Kunigami), and Saito will appear in the "bonus cast video" that will be shown in theaters after the main TV anime film. The content of the video will be shown at the theater.
