Tekken 8, the latest in the "Tekken" series, is in production! Towards the limit of next generation hardware - 1st trailer released!

Namco Bandai Entertainment announced that "Tekken 8" is in production for PS5/Xbox Series X|S/Steam.

The visuals have been completely redesigned from "Tekken 7. The high-resolution modeling of the playable characters, all newly created, and the faithful representation of water droplets running down the skin and the movement of hair and muscles, challenge the limits of next-generation hardware.

The backgrounds of stages being destroyed and dynamic scenes such as splashing waves and tornadoes also add a sense of depth to the battle stages, inviting the viewer into more immersive battles. All of these are the actual battle stage effects used in this title.

The story, which holds the record as "the longest running story in the history of video games," depicts the father-son confrontation between "Kazuya Mishima" and his son "Jin Kazama" in this title.
