The legendary strategic shooter is back! 'Radiant Silvergun' launches today on Switch!

Live Wire has developed a port of the vertical scrolling shooter "Radiant Silver Gun" for Nintendo Switch, developed by Treasure Inc. The game was released for worldwide distribution today, September 14.

The shooting game "Radiant Silvergun," which first appeared in arcades in 1998 and has received high acclaim for its strategic nature in which players use eight different types of weapons and its score system, is now available for the first time on Nintendo Switch!

The game features five difficulty levels for beginners to enjoy, a story mode newly added from the arcade version, and online ranking where players can compete with rivals around the world for scores. The Ikaruga mode, which allows players to enjoy the game rules of the shooting game "Ikaruga," released as the second Project RS title, is also present.

The legendary shooting game has been revived 11 years after its port to Xbox Live Arcade, and is now available on the latest game hardware.
