This title is a remastered version of "Tales of Symphonia," which was released in 2003 and sold over 2.7 million copies worldwide. It depicts the adventures of the two worlds of "Silvarant" and "Tesserae" centering on the main character, Lloyd, and the god child, Colette.

The world of Sylvarant has been plagued by mana exploitation and calamity by the Dzians, an evil group supposedly sealed away by the hero Mythos 4,000 years ago. Colette, a child of the gods, receives an oracle and sets out on a journey with her childhood friend, Lloyd, to restore the world.

Believing that if she is reincarnated as an "angel," this world will be saved, Lloyd and his friends face numerous obstacles. However, the rebirth of Silvarant means the decline of "Tessera," a world that is the opposite of Silvarant.

In order for one to prosper, the other must be sacrificed. Is this inevitable? This thought overlaps with that of Colette, who gradually loses her humanity as she grows closer to the "angel.
