Lupin the Third" TV special will be broadcast for two consecutive weeks! October 9 "Walther P38" and October 16 "Memories of Fire: Tokyo Crisis" on BS12 "Sunday Anime Theater

Two "Lupin the Third" series will be broadcast on BS12 Twelvi, a nationwide free-to-air broadcasting station, for two consecutive weeks on October 9 and 16, 2022 (Sunday) at 7:00 pm.

BS12 Twelvi is currently airing "Sunday Anime Theater" on Sunday nights from 7:00 p.m. Two "Lupin the Third" series will be aired for two consecutive weeks from October 9, 2022.

"DEATH NOTE" appears in "Mezon Ikkoku," "Lupin the Third," and "Patlabor! Sunday Anime Theater" lineup for October 2022 will be released!

On October 9, "Lupin the Third: Walther P38" and on October 16, "Memories of Fire: Tokyo Crisis" will be broadcast for two consecutive weeks.

"Lupin the Third: Walther P38" to be broadcast on October 9 is the 9th TV special of the popular anime "Lupin the Third". It is a serious story that is said to be the best among all previous TV specials. It is a hard-boiled story that exposes Lupin's abominable past surrounding the Walther P38, the famous gun used by the young Lupin, and has a strong hard-boiled appeal.

Memory of Fire: Tokyo Crisis," which will be broadcast on October 16, is the 10th TV special. Set in Tokyo, the film depicts the activities of Lupin and his gang as they pursue two glass plates depicting Yoshinobu Tokugawa, which are said to contain the location of hidden treasures of the Tokugawa family. Also, the exploits of Inspector Zenigata, who is paired with a beautiful reporter, are a must-see for fans of Inspector Zenigata.

<Story
Captain Zenigata is shot with Lupin's former favorite gun, a silver metallic Walther P38! The shooter was a member of the Tarantula, a group of assassins who are said to have been involved in the assassination of important figures around the world and have manipulated history from the shadows. Lupin rides to the Tarantula's headquarters on an isolated island in the Sargasso Sea to settle his fate with the gunman.

<Story

Two glass photographic dry plates, "Tatsumi no Yoshinobu" and "Inui no Yoshinobu," depicting Yoshinobu Tokugawa, the last shogun of the Tokugawa Shogunate, were said to contain the secret of the treasures of the Tokugawa family. Michael Suzuki, the owner of Aquapolis, a huge facility under construction in Tokyo Bay, has been searching for those dry plates for many years and finally succeeded in finding them. Lupin plans to rob the "Tatsumi no Keiki," but is thwarted by Inspector Zenigata. He then plans to steal the other dry plate, "Inui no Keiki," just as it is being brought into Aquapolis. Meanwhile, Mariya Isshiki, a cute female reporter for a town magazine, follows Inspector Zenigata, who predicts Lupin's actions and proceeds with his security plan, to cover the event.
