From "Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. ENGAGE," a simulation application that brings together all Gundam universe century works, this prototype mobile suit was developed by Anaheim Electronics as an additional plan to the Earth Federation Forces' "Gundam Development Project.

Codename "Engage Zero" has been sculpted for the first time in HG.
