Bandai's capsule vending machine "Gashapon" has announced a variety of measures to mark its 45th anniversary.

At a new product briefing held at Bandai's headquarters, several plans were announced to celebrate the 45th anniversary of Gashapon.

Kin-Keshi Full Action Special 01

First up was Kin Keshi Full Action Special 01, the latest in the hit Kin Keshi series, which will celebrate the series' 40th anniversary in 2023. This product is a series of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) figures based on the motifs of the superheroes appearing in "Kinnikuman" that has been on sale since 1983, and is one of the biggest-selling Gashapon products in history, having sold 180 million units to date.

The newly announced "KINKESHI Full Action Special 01" is an assembled figure with 14 points of articulation on its entire body. The first four figures, "Kinnikuman," "Terryman," "Robin Mask," and "Demon Shogun," will be released in two colors (pale orange and silver, respectively).

The movable parts are a combination of PVC and ABS materials, and there seems to be no concern about both strength and reluctance of the parts. Due to the inclusion of movable parts, the size is larger than the regular Kinkeshi.

In conjunction with the release of Kin-Keshi Full Action Special 01, Premium Bandai is accepting reservations for the official Kin-Keshi ring until November 22, 2022 (Tuesday).

The ring is designed to display and play with KINKESHI. Incidentally, it is also possible to stack five rings together to recreate the "Fivefold Ring of Death" that appeared in the Demon Knight Arc.
