The latest episode of thefall 2022 anime"Blue Rock," currently airing on TV Asahi's nationwide network NUMAnimation, has been released with a synopsis and scene cuts.

Based on a soccer manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (original story by Muneyuki Kaneshiro, manga by Yusuke Nomura), it won the 45th Kodansha Manga Award in the Juvenile Division. It depicts high school students fighting for survival in the Blue Rock (blue prison) project to create "egoists" who will become the world's best strikers. The cast includes Ura Kazuki, Kamiya Hiroshi, Matsuoka Teijo, and other well-known voice actors, and the animation is produced by Eight Bit.

The synopsis and advance scene cuts are as follows.
Episode 7 "The Barrel".
The team Z is trapped in a desperate situation of 12 against 10, and their weapons and strategy have been compromised due to a betrayal.
The team Z's desperate fight and Kiyoshi's pure ego that keeps believing in himself ignites the smoldering Chigiri. The ego hidden deep in his chest and the weapons that Chigiri had kept locked away run across the field and move the match in a big way.
